  • Difference of the German Online Market in comparison to other countries

Project description

In order for Zanox to gain additional insight into the online travel market in the different countries of Canada, China, Germany, Russia and the United States of America, the project was divided into three successive stages: First, the team developed an online market overview of each country based on comparable criteria such as user demographics and preferences, economic development, competitive environment, products, as well as e-commerce and e-business development. Secondly, an analysis of the respective online markets was performed by summarizing statistical data and assessing current and future market situations. As a third and ultimate goal, a comparison between the above mentioned countries and Germany was made in order to identify differences, strengths and weaknesses, as well as to extrapolate emerging trends for the online travel market.
